Heather Props graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in business administration. She grew up in Claremont, CA and has lived in southern California all her life. As a product manager for Mattel, she developed strategic marketing and advertising plans for several national toy brands. Heather managed the product development process from conception to product launch and also led merchandising and promotions groups to create profitable consumer programs.

Stephanie Chiate graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with a degree in education. She grew up in Denver, Colorado and moved to Southern California to work as a business manager for a internet company. She also started her own company, BeginnerNET, educating first-time internet users.
